Cooking Class

Welcome to Our Tuscan Cooking Class, let’s see how it works:

This journey starts from the discovery of the Tuscan raw materials of the season, and arrives at the work table where the participants will learn the secrets of the ingredients using traditional recipes with the preparation tips of our chefs.

Finally we will set the tables together and we will serve all the participants for dinner with the service in table.

At the end of dinner, we will rearrange the spaces used, leaving everything in order as before.

We have two types of cooking Class:

Pasta Class

We will make three types of pasta, filled and not, and all the sauces combined with it,.

During the course we offer a small aperitif consisting of snacks to eat in the meantime and a wine.

At the end of the course, we will have the three pasta made together, the salad and the dessert made by us.

Appetizer to Dessert Class

After sending our guide menus to the customer, based on their preferences, intolerances and food allergies, we will meet at our cooking class. We will use Tuscan, seasonal products (unless otherwise requested), we create traditional recipes that are easy to remember and to reproduce once back home. At the beginning of the course, each person in the group will have their own folder with the menu and recipes. At the end of the course, there will be a half hour break, time to prepare the table for dinner and then we start with table service. At the end of dinner, we rearrange the spaces used, leaving everything in order.
